Parce que les WCOOP ne se disputent qu'une fois par an et que l'attente est longue, les SCOOP (Spring Championship Of Online Poker) sont là pour combler les amateurs de gros tournois une deuxième fois dans l'année. Après le succès des derniers championnats du monde online - et les deux bracelets remportés par Elky- le programme des SCOOP 2010 vient d'être dévoilé.
Pour chaque tournoi, trois niveaux de buy-ins sont proposés, permettant à toutes les bankrolls d'accéder à ces championnats de printemps. Pas moins de 33 tournois sont prévus du 3 au 16 mai, couvrant toutes les variantes du poker, pour un total de 36 millions de dollars de prix garantis. Pokerstars a désormais l'habitude de mettre les petits plats dans les grands. Ces chiffres, aussi énormes soient-ils, ne sont plus vraiment une surprise de la part du n° 1 mondial du poker en ligne.
